The room is large and clean and hotel's staff presents a extremely warmth treatment during all the time we've spent there.   I had a newly refurbished room which was excellent, however the old rooms are tired. The new rooms are a huge success and improvement. - the hotel staff was really helpful cos r car broke down and they help us out lots i would recommend this hotel to other people

  We had a deluxe room. It was immaculately clean on arrival as well as after being serviced each daty. The room looked newly renovated. It was large by London standards, as was the bathroom. The breakfast room was was warm, but the fans help - The hotel was in an excellent location only a few minutes walk from Kensington High St underground. There were lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops just outside of the hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you. Rooms are small but excellent value for money by London standards. The price we paid included a continental breakfast so even better value. I would definitely stay here again.   We stayed in the new wing and this was wonderful. Clean, new and very comfortable. I really recommend that if you are staying here you request the refurbished new wing because our friend was staying in a room next to the bar which was tired and far less comfortable than ours. - space
