The staff were helpful and friendly. Location was good. 10mins from Hyde park which was a nice walk to winter wonderland. 15 min walk to Oxford street. Hotel was clean and served a lovely breakfast, there was something for everybody's taste. Would recommend this hotel. I would stay here again.

We were on the third floor steps were steep at places.

Clean and warm hotel, 2 minute walk from Paddington tube station. Comfy beds and excellent breakfast!!!

The room was small but very nice. The bathroom was of good quality. Free soaps and shower gels,All in all just what we were looking for a clean room with a comfortable bed in a quiet location but near the city.

Only downside, breakfast room not big enough to take all guests. Had to wait while tables became available. Breakfast itself was very good for continental with a very wide choice.

Cleanliness, well-stocked hospitality tray, good shower, clean modern bedlinen. Decor and furniture in good condition.

shower didn't have enough power to it and was cold in the mornings, down-light over the toilet didn't work and dripped water on your back when sat on the toilet...

The location was excellent: close to two subway stations and in a street full of great restaurants and fast good chains. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The breakfast was great, lots of options. And in the same price range as other hotels we stayed before that were pretty far from what this one offers.

Relatively inexpensive for London and the West End. Rooms are small but adequate, very clean, excellent service and great free breakfast.

Super service from the staff and a very nice room! I asked for a room like the one on the internet, and they gave med THAT room and put in an extra bed for my son! On top of that the receptionist offered to lend me money to pay for a taxi out of his own pocket, as my Danish credit card was bounced temporarily! Never met anyone as kind and I travel ALOT!

The comfort of my bed - could have needed a top-matress :-)

the hotel was very clean and well decorated, the facilities in the room were well thought out - larg wardrobe, tea/coffee making facilities, large mirror, bathroom. Clean bedding and well decorated room. Breakfast included scrabled egg and beans (to go on your toast) despite only being advertised as continental - very good value for money hotel on lovely quiet road.

The further up the stairs you went the hotter it got - our room was on the 4th floor and was like a sauna.

The receptionist was mega friendly and helpful after I had some problem with not hotel related issue. WiFi and breakfast are mega fast and awesome :-)

The hotel was really well located, and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly & helpful. We requested the room with a Juliette balcony & it was allocated to us. We really enjoyed our stay & would recommend it. Although it was a little small, it was cosy & perfect for what we needed. They looked after our luggage after we checked out too so that we could walk around the area.

There was a mis-communication regarding check out. The manager had told us 1pm, but the cleaner came and told us she had been sent up to prepare the room asap. We went down to check and they confirmed we could stay until 1pm.

The staff was so good especially Adnan, so much so I felt I was staying with my own family. The Express train from London to Paddington and then walking distance to the hotel. Many restaurants close by. Excellent site and friendly staff.

There is nothing that Can comment as I like and enjoyed my trip staying in the hotel..

For the price (just over 100 GBP on Bookings.com) it can't be beat. A mere 2 blocks from Kennsington Gardens, quiet, clean. A lot of folks are giving it a bad review because the carpet is worn, the room temps aren't climate controlled and, yes, the bathrooms are micro-sized. But I like to sleep cheap, eat well and be in a good part of town. If you don't mind climbing stairs, this is a great place for those who don't want to spend a fortune on lodging in London! Just leave your high expectations behind.

Stylish, comfortable and great location. Rooms have all amenities needed. Near to some good restaurants and close to tube station and major attractions. Would certainly return.

Very adequate, friendly efficient duty manager. Very comfy bed Good value for money, Would use it again.

Ok it was quite basic but then so was the cost. Tv was not plugged in but being a bloke I found that out a less practical person may have has to seek assistance. No complaints!

The decor of rooms was neat and serviced daily and staff were fabulous - very friendly and the breakfast selection was wonderful every morning. Also they were happy to store luggage in the office so we could enjoy our days. Only two blocks from Paddington Station- Excellent location in nice area

I had trouble with the shower but the hotel Manager was excellent and just popped up to explain how it worked. I struggled a little with no airconditioning as it was very hot in London .. thats just me

1-) location - near by padington train station, underground and all the busses. - so close to the Hyde park which we visited daily to have a fresh walk or a nice bike ride. - 2 minutes of nice restaurants and souvenir shops. 2-) Friendly staff - always helping with maps and ideas about busses, renting bikes, where to have dinner, offering Extra pillows, soap, towels even having your luggages for the whole day after checking out until 6:30 pm. 3-) comfortable room - we had a quatro room for our family and we were so happy in it. - bathroom was so clean and shiny. - hot and powerful shower, what you really need after going around London at the end of everyday 4-) perfect breakfast - wonderful variety and unlimited amount even in that small area they served in

The gentleman at check in counter was very friendly and welcoming and it was no problem to leave our bags prior to check in. The room was small, but perfectly adequate. The bathroom was great with probaby the best shower of our entire trip. It was in a very good position with Lancaster Gate tube station very close by.

You got what you paid for, nothing special but fair, breakfast in particular was more than expected.Staff were friendly and helpful.

First impressions, the hall stairway carpet looked grubby and our first room on the top floor was a bit small. We did get moved to a larger room on the first floor which was a lot better.

The location near Paddington station. Luxury area - fancy cars parked around. Quit neighbourhood. Beatiful buildings around. HydePark nearby. Pubs nearby.

A wi-fi that worked whenever I wanted to go on line. Excellent breakfast for "a light continental breakfast" Friendly staff who were happy to look after our luggage for the day.

I liked it all. Don't expect big rooms for that price. Lack of lift might put some people off but we were happy (husband is 70)

I liked hotel's staff cooperation, and hotel is near by the main Paddington station and hotel is near by of tourist attractions too.

Noise ratio is high and that is due to the poor insulation

That I got parking fine in the 10 minutes I parked outside to get my luggage! They should have a parking area for that.

We liked the friendly and helpful staff, the large room with one double bed and two separate beds. Beds were very comfortable. The room was of a decent size. Wc and shower separated which helped for us being four, but inside the room. Wifi coverage was great in our room. Close proximity to Paddington station and some descent restaurants just nearby. The staff arranged for a taxi to Stanford airport at a price which actually was equal to subway and train tickets.

The hotel does what is says on the tin, It is good value for money, comfortable rooms and pleasant staff. The breakfast is not the most exciting meal you will eat but again good value for money. The location is excellent, I have stayed there twice now and would have no hesitation using the hotel again.

The rooms on the top floor are a bit of a trek as there is no lift, otherwise nothing to complain about.

The hotel is located in a region close to the underground. The room, although small, was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We did book last minute though so could have got a bigger one if we'd booked earlier. The staff were discreet but very friendly and helpful.
