The location is excelent, right in the middle of Chelsea and Kesington. The staff is extremely nice and supportive. The Bar has lots of charm
The rooms could be a little bit bigger
Anything is very well， but only that bed is little small for 2 people.
The staff were plentiful and so accommodating. The girls at the front desk helped me with directions and theatre ideas and warm conversation. I never felt like I was traveling alone. The lounge area was wonderful for relaxing at the end of the day. The location was magnificent. The fruit and complimentary water were nice. There are many outlets with different country adaptors. The rooms are equipped with all that you need to do business in the desk. Quiet hotel, and very charming. Food is available at all hours.
Request a bed for a tall person if you are over 5'8' tall. There are some rooms with shorter beds and footboards. Make sure if you are traveling solo and then decide to add a person that you upgrade to at least a queen bed, as single rooms have smaller than a queen. The staff is very good at volunteering to change your room if they realize how tall you are if they are available.
The room was extremely comfortable but the outstanding feature of our stay was the high level of service and courtesy displayed by the staff.
The location was great , the staff are very attentive . We just fell in love with details service and decor .

Staff were very friendly, if a little overly obsequious for my taste.
Room was very small. Bed was small, a bit lumpy and squeaky. There was just a feeling of lack of generosity that I would expect in a top notch hotel.

It is a fantastic hotel. The location is perfect, just few blocks from Harrods, Armani, Burberry, Lacoste and many other stores. The English architecture associated to well decorated rooms and an incomparable staff make Egerton our place in London.
Very good staff: made you feel relaxed and 'at home'. What more could a traveller want?
