  The staff were very friendly - The hotel was so close to the underground. The staff were so friendly and the service i like was great. we got clean towels everyday and and the room was comfortably. great for a short stay in the centre of london at such a good price which even included breakfast of coissant and toast juice and coffee.

  My husband and I wanted to spend a weekend in London sight seeing and wanted to stay somewhere where they offered private bathroom and an English breakfast but didnt break the bank. This guesthouse was very central to shops buses and the underground in Shepherds Bush. We opted for a twin room which gave us a bigger bed, which was comfortable which does make a change from many other places we have sta - The room we chose suited our needs. I was impressed that they could provide everything a person will need for a comfortable trip. It was cleaned daily. Although the breakfast was one fixed menu, I had no issues with the breakfast provided. The staff was very friendly. It is located very close to shops and eateries, as well as a tube station, making this hotel a good choice, if money is the determining factor. Overall, I would stay here again.

  Myself & my cousin stayed at the Ibis in London for one night as we were attending a Jethro Tull concert at the Royal Albert Hall. The hotel was central to what we were doing. The room the hotel gave us was for a disabled person/s (which I am to a certain extent) but did not reserve a room for a disabled person/S.   Even though we were booked into the Sapphire, we ended up a few doors down at the 'Pearl' which is their sister Hotel. All rooms in each Hotel are the same according to the Pearl Manager, so that was fine with us. Our room was in the 'sub' area below street level, but still with a window to the outside so wasn't claustrophobic. The main shepherds Bush tube station is only 5-10mins walk when you ask at reception for the quick - We chose the hotel because it was close to the O2 Shepherds Bush empire, but it was also very easy to reach from Heathrow and relatively close to the city center. We had a room on the top floor at the back of the hotel so it was a very quiet room, no traffic noise from shepherds bush road. Breakfast was good, and in the immediate surroundings there were several supermarkets and plenty of other places to buy food and drinks.   The staff were so helpful and lovely. The selection for breakfast was good. The hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable. Very close and in walking distance to two major train stations and thirty minutes away from Heathrow Airport. My family and I felt safe, as we were walking the streets late at night. Suggest if driving park at westfield shopping centre 24hrs parking for £6 , eat at one of the mnay restaurants there or there is an indian very near this hotel . Perhaps a visit to the cinema too a
