  Personalen var väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående. Och läget kunde inte vara mer perfekt då det ligger mitt i centrala London och man har nära till nästan allt. Kan mycket väl tänka mig att boka detta hotell igen om jag åker till London i framtiden! - Vi åkte hela familjen på 7 personer med barn mellan 4 och 16 år. Vi hade två rum och det ena rumm... vad folk säger » et luktade det lite mögel i men inget vi störde oss på. Läget och personalen samt frukosten var kanon för det priset. Jag rekomenderar det

  The service was AMAZING! The contact was absolutly stunning and i've never been so taken care of by an hotel before. They really cared and were so sweet to us. It's pretty close to the City if you're up for a walk. The price was all right too. We could come here again, just for the service!   Really friendly helpful staff, good value for money for central London, spacious, well furnished rooms (perhaps distorted because I was given an upgrade), the overall "feel" of the hotel. - we got upgraded to a deluxe room.Staff very friendly.Brilliant location.Room really beautiful.

  Our room was lovely. The staff could not have been nicer. Upon our arrival theater tickets were ordered for us. We only had one night in London but were free the following day. The hotel stored our luggage and arranged transportation to the airport later that afternoon. The afternoon tea was just ok, but the setting was great. We would definitely ... vad folk säger » return again. - The hotel was gorgous and well located. The staff were friendly and helpful with planning excursions and with transportantion arrangements. The breakfast was also wonderful. I loved having tea in the sitting room at the end of a day touring London. My room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom modern. I would definately stay again.

  Boutique London Lets staff was very helplful and available before and during our stay in London. We were really happy with the appartment condition, which really was neat and clean. Everything was made to feel at home. The kitchen was well-equipped and also had a dish-washer, which helped us a lot. Salt, pepper, oil, garbage bags, etc.. were alrea... vad folk säger » dy there when we arrived, preventing us to buy those items. A baby cot had been installed (from our request), as well as a high chair for the baby, wh - I felt safe in the location and in the apartment despite being on the ground floor. The location is near to every sort of entertainment, public transport with shops open until late. Apartment has a high standard of cleanliness, it is spacious and well equipped with free wifi. The heating, kitchen appliances and shower were easy to operate.

  We were "Upgraded" to another Grange Hotel on the opposite side of the road. BUCKINGHAM HOTEL. This was even better than the Lancaster. The `Ratings` shown above are in fact for this Hotel.   The room was agreeably large and tastefully decorated with a modern bathroom. The few members of staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a 25 minute walk from St Pancreas, and we avoided public transport entirely during our stay. - Lovely big comfortable bed, great location.
