  perfect-we stayed there for our 1st Wedding anniversary, they upgraded our room, flowers that were ordered were in the room. It was excellent and great communications from all staff who were v v welcoming and helpful-keep it up. - The food, the staff and the service was excellant. We will definitely be returning

  This was absolutely the most comfortable bed either of us has ever slept in. Seriously, it was the greatest bed of all time. We loved the wet room shower! Very cool. Our room was very quiet, we didn't hear a peep the whole stay and we even slept with the windows open. The decor is fabulous as well.   The location was ideal,it was in the center of everything!you could go anywhere you liked either by using the subway or even on foot,every central location a tourist wants to visit is really close.   Everything, it was ecxellent esp view from my room. The staff where very friendly and helpful with everything we required. - The hotel staff were extremely helpful. One member of the reception staff in particular (male - did not catch his name) was very helpful and very welcoming.
