  The staff were lovely and helpful, we felt welcome from the start of our short break to the end. We booked the small double bedroom as it was such a good price, and it was extremely well thought out with a nice view of the gardens as a bonus.   Very accessible to all amenities, clean room and clean bathroom. Accessible room downstairs was provided as I was on crutches and couldn't do stairs, it had a separate entrance on to flat terrain which was a lot easier. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
