  We stayed on three occasions for a total of eleven nights during June & July 2013. The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area. All staff were very friendly, helpful and effic... vad folk säger » ient. They put themselves out to assist us. Each room we stayed in was different ranging from typical "European" size to larger than what you would e - Great location on the Thames, views of St Paul's , the Gherkin and The Shard. Staff exceptionally friendly and happy. The comfiest bed ive ever slept in, much better than the 5 star knightsbridge hotel we stayed in earlier in year! Great breakfast in the Anchor pub next door. Breakfast room upstairs with river & terrace views . Lots to do in area, took the river boat down to the Eye (you can also walk this in 15- 20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar Square.

  Fräschaste hotellet jag nånsin bott på i london nytt o mkt modernt bra service och jättefina rum kändes som god standard hemma. Stämmer det var en pärla ! Vi ville bo lite bättre än tidigare resor. - rent, fräscht och rymlig svit för två vuxna och två äldre barn.

  All members of staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They all appeared to be trying to make sure everything was perfect for us. We cannot praise them enough!   The staff (2 different employees) went out of their way to support us on independant matters. It was very well appreciated ! We had a 2 bedrooms apartment (including 2 bathrooms) which was perfect in every way - the kitchen was brand new and provided with everything we could hope for on a weekend stay. We were there in the middle of the longest heat wave in current history, unfortunately, this hotel, like most places in London do not have air conditioning. We had three good fans and being on the second floor helped. Lots of space in the 2 bedroom apt.

  the hotel was a very nice place to stay and I would'nt hesitate in going back the staff were just spot on - The stay in general was perfect for my stay in London, great location, very friendly and helpful staff.
