  the catering was great the staff were very approacable and friendly and the room was spotless warm and cosy and a great place all round for a young couple - with in easy reach of everything.

  The room was very clean, and the bed linens immaculate. The bathroom was also the cleanest we found. We loved staying at the Mariners. - Relaxed, friendly atmosphere, staff at breakfast were exceptionally nice. I took 2 small dogs which were very welcome.

  Beautiful room, very comfortable ( best sleep I had on my whole trip). The breakfast was wonderful - linen tableclothes and real silver - all the finishing touches to make this a special,place to stay. I would definitely stay here again. - They were exceptionally friendly, they did everything they could to accommodate our needs. The breakfast was excellent. The house was beautiful and very nicely decorated. They made me a packed lunch as I was at a course all day. The rooms were very comfortable and had beautiful views. I would recommend this guest house to everyone, I would even suggest going on a holiday/break just to stay here!!

  Upon arrival we were greeted in a friendly manner. The whole place was fantasticly decorated to a high standard. Very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Breakfast was nvery good and a nice choice to choose from. The few extra touches such as DVD tv and radio in the bathroom were appreciated too, just a pity we didn't bring a DVD to watch. We keep coming back because its perfect for what we want from a short break.
