  We booked this hotel for a visit to the Chelsea Flower Show. The hotel was very easy to find and only a short walk from South Kensington tube station. Ideally positioned also for visiting the Natural History Museum (just across the road). The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful and the hotel was very clean.   We had a 3 bed first floor room (similar to the picture on website, as requested). The beds were comfy with good pillows. Although the toilet / shower room was small, everything worked well and was perfectly adequate for a couple of nights.   Arrived early at the hotel, not wanting to drag our bags around London before we could check in, asked if we could leave them there, “Not a problem Sir”, was the reply. The location is good. A five minute walk from Gloucester Road tube and about a ten minute walk from South Kensington tube. The room was clean. We had requested a twin room but they had us in a double so they gave us a triple room which meant we had plenty of extra space in the room.   Everything regarding this apartment as perfect! From start to finish! Vey Nice Gentleman awaited our arrival which was 2am .. he showed us to our room and provided a brief tour of the apartment. We booked the 1 bedroom apartment which was much larger then thought. The bedroom was totally separate and the lounge area had a sofa bed. The kitchen was part of the living room, and had all the norm - the aprtment was more than expected- large with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and large open plan lounge and dining area. Appliances were all hi- tech... Suhail from customer services was ther to welcome us and hepled with all queries.... Earls court tube was less than 5min away with lovely take away on way home - masala zone - so no need to cook if did not eat yet- just buy food and eat at home . Sainsburys located around the corner with all essentials required... My only poriblem is that we

Very friendly staff - prepared our room early, gave us some extra pillows, helped our kids with making toasts.   Location was excellent and easily accessible. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had many nights of sound sleep.
