  Staff were friendly on arrival and during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice a good variety. Nice pool/spa. Good location 10 min walk to Kings Cross tube.   This hotel is a gem. Strategically located for the theatre and shopping district we could not have asked for more central. Newly refurbished we booked a small room but beleive me is big enough and has a clever boat like seating area with a desk and all plugs you can need.   I booked late, so instead of finding a hotel within my budget I found this studio apartment, and it was wonderful. Before booking we noticed we had to pick the keys up from elsewhere, and it was no trouble at all and easy to find. The lady was friendly and organised free transport to our apartment. It was close to Angel tube sta - The apartment was clean and warm, considering that it was one of the coldest weekends of the year. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen was fresh and crisp! The location is great as it is next to Angel Tube station and is encompassed by great bars and restaurants, which are located in the nearby Inslington. Definitely, will stay again!

  The room was agreeably large and tastefully decorated with a modern bathroom. The few members of staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a 25 minute walk from St Pancreas, and we avoided public transport entirely during our stay. - Lovely big comfortable bed, great location.
