  Fantastic hotel, I can't fault it. Very friendly staff, great location as we were in London to go to Victoria casino. Breakfast was great and for the price it really was superb! I would definitely go back again. - The staff were all very helpful. The location worked well for using the bus system. Good wifi, clean, large breakfast.

  Location was excelent being less than 5 mins walk from Paddington station and good tube connections to all central areas needed. A direct bus from kings cross area stopped within a minutes walk of the hotel. Continental breakfast was brought to the room every morning at 8 with enough to eat.   The staff was very nice. From the email I had sent before requesting a quiet room with the wifi (was in London for an exam) to the minute I arrived. Arran (I think that was his name) was so friendly and nice. The room was a double bed, it wa a small room. But I've stayed in a few London hotels and that's the normal. The bed was actually super com... vad folk säger » fortable and the pillows were lovely! I'm not sure we're they memory foam but they were very comfortable. The shower was lovely with loads of hot wate - The location is very strategic and highly accessible to anywhere, everywhere via the Underground Tube which is about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. There are also couple of restaurants between the tube and the hotel which we could catch a bite or have our meals while on the way back to the hotel. The hotel room is cosy and clean. Breakfast was good with a fairly reasonable spread of food. The staffs were great and makes me feel at ease, as if I was at home. Highly recommended :)

Overall, excellent value for money in a great location!

The location was relatively quiet at night and there is a park across the street. There were many shops close by including cafes, pubs and restaurants.   Friendly, helpful staff. Location just round the corner from Paddington made getting into London very easy.
