  We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

  The hotel was spotless, staff very attentive and polite. Food was also of a high standard in the blue boar restaurant. We went for my 50th birthday and they upgraded the room and also laid on complimentary fruit, chocolates and a bottle of champagne. Much appreciated and went down well. The hotel and bar were very cool and the room was excellent. We had a great evening and everything went according to plan. Thank you!

Vid ankomst fick vi ett insides rum trotts att vi önskat ett utsides, det var inget problem att byta trotts att vi bokat till ett betydligt lägre pris än det ordinarie. Ett tips är att boka ett rum med utsikt över London Eye. Frukosten var mycket god. It was extremely central to everything in London. All the main attractions are just a few minutes walk away. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent. Very quiet location. Beautiful building. Breakfast had the most choice I have ever encountered in a hotel.

  Perfect location, very close to Trafalgar Square and picadilly Circus. Booked Deluxe room and were upgraded to Junior Suite. Biegest Hotel room I've ever seen in London! Spacious bathroom with seperate shower, lixurious bathtub with Tv!!! ;) Excellent minibar. Fantastic and really huge beds. Perfect breakfast. Amenities were complete (miller harris toiletries smelled great, good size too). Concierge and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Free fast wifi and buffet breakfast were great too. Good west end theatres within comfortable walking distance (to watch Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera and soon The Book of Mormon).

Läget var suveränt och det var fantastiskt att vakna och från sin säng kunna blicka ut över Themsen från panoramafönstren. Proffsig och hjälpsam personal. - Allt var överraskande bra!

  Everything, it was ecxellent esp view from my room. The staff where very friendly and helpful with everything we required. - The hotel staff were extremely helpful. One member of the reception staff in particular (male - did not catch his name) was very helpful and very welcoming.

  Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room.
