  from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing

  The whole place was amazing, you definatley get the wow affect from walking through the front door to reception. The room was fantastic, spacious and clean. The staff and room service were very polite and on time and didnt leave you waiting. Would definately reccommend. - The Experience

  Everything about the Charlotte Street Hotel impressed us - the hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, the staff were excellent, and the room was perfect. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a deluxe room, which made the trip even more special. The list is endless this was the most wonderful place to stay in the UK if you want a city break.

  Fräschaste hotellet jag nånsin bott på i london nytt o mkt modernt bra service och jättefina rum kändes som god standard hemma. Stämmer det var en pärla ! Vi ville bo lite bättre än tidigare resor. - rent, fräscht och rymlig svit för två vuxna och två äldre barn.

  Very convenient location for South Bank venues. Convenient to access from Kent where we live. Good to have a car park connected with the hotel.   The room was agreeably large and tastefully decorated with a modern bathroom. The few members of staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a 25 minute walk from St Pancreas, and we avoided public transport entirely during our stay. - Lovely big comfortable bed, great location.

  The beds were very comfortable - The hotel location was excellent, very quiet yet only a short stroll from bustling soho. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel room beautiful and surprisingly large. Will definately stay again:-)

  We were "Upgraded" to another Grange Hotel on the opposite side of the road. BUCKINGHAM HOTEL. This was even better than the Lancaster. The `Ratings` shown above are in fact for this Hotel.
