  The setting is fantastic - every Austin fan's dream. Close to everything but in a quiet location with great views. The hotel itself is beautiful, you walk through a discrete regency front door into a wonderful combination of history, functionality and good taste. The bedrooms were spacious, extremely comfortable with all the touches you'd - The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless. The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

  very easy going, lovely breakfast, had such a laugh with Graham the landlord and he showed us around Bath. Thanks for a great time - Good breakfast, good fun, very relaxing and comfortable

  House very clean, large rooms, nice neutral décor, ample parking. We didn't meet the owner but communication was good - he phoned to check we had arrived and the property was to our satisfaction. We didn't get a chance to cook but the kitchen facilities seemed fine. We had the property to ourselves as we were renting all four of the bedrooms. - T... vad folk säger » he very friendly owner was waiting at the planned time for us and made sure we had everything that we could possibly need, including fresh bread milk croissants and fruit. There was plenty of room to relax and a good supply of hot water. Everything was spotlessly clean and fresh flowers everywhere.

  The staff at this hotel were fantastically polite, helpful and attentive - there was initially a problem with our room, and we were immediately upgraded by the superb reception manager into a suite that had access to a butler. The spa is excellent, the room comfortable.... From the moment we arrived, service was impeccable, the room was lovely (modern, clean and large) and our stay was delightful. We came for a relaxing time and we sure had one.
