Friendly staff, my wife and I enjoyed our stay. This was under £100 to
stay on Sunday night, so good value. I don't know whether it would
be the same value for standard rate (sometime twice as much). Hotel
rooms were of adequate size and very clean. Breakfast was in the price
and usual British fried breakfast of sausage, bacon, eggs, scrambled

Front desk staff extremely nice and helpful. Street and neighborhood are safe and quiet, yet within 10 minutes walk of three tube stations, Kings Cross, Euston Square, and Russell Square. Rooms may be small, and stairs narrow, but you can't beat the charm of this historic building and neighborhood. Hearty buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Although I was traveling alone, I booked a large studio for 2 nights. I dropped my suitcase at the reception in the morning as there were no free rooms at that time yet and did the check-in later in the afternoon.

Perfect location. 5 mins walk from St. Pancreas station. Very safe area. Even though our budget studio was small, around 110 sq ft, we were most impressed that the hotel managed to fit a frig, stove top, an oven, sink, microwave, a small wall hung vaccum and even a separate small freezer on just one side. Lots of storage space as well in such a small room. The hotel has put a lot of thought to maximize the usage of every inch of the room! We stayed in room #1, seemed just newly renovated since

Location is great. Clean, quiet and functional unit with every thing you need very close nearby. Red Lion St has a good mix of cafes, pubs and other services. An early check in after a long flight was greatly appreciated. Tip: hire a bike from nearby and take an early morning ride around central London.

an excellent place for staying with 46 teenagers.
good location, nice people, staff and location. always clean and perfect for young visitors who use their parents´ money, safety and a "spying eye" on the visitors. security guys visible but not too pushing or harrassing.
I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN NEXT SPRING and would also recommend it to my friends.

the apartment was lovely, clean and modern with every comfort. The heating was so good we had to turn it down. It is only 2 minuites walk to the tube station and very central to all attractions. The staff were excellent even thought we arrived late at night.
The apartment was spacious and had 2 lovely bathrooms. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent room with everything that a business traveler would need. Huge bed and luxury bedding and pillows. Polite staff and attentive to needs. Great location for business in London; easy for tube to anywhere (from Barbican, five minutes walk away). Last minute rate made it very reasonable cost for the undoubted quality. . -

Older building repurposed so some quirkiness (corridors) but it just adds to the fun of the outing for me.

Arrived very early from a very long flight and allowed us to check in straight away. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Perfect location in a very quiet area but very close to King Cross station. Many nice restaurants and pub at 5 minutes walking. Also British Museum and University of London are at only 10 minutes walk. The room is small but very clean and efficient, with good free WIFI and a coffee machine.
