  Originally booked a double and a twin room for our teenage sons, but when we arrived they had arranged 2 doubles. Eventually they sorted out new rooms for us and by way of apology upgraded my husband and myself to an executive room. We were impressed by their attitude to customer service.   My wife and I had been traveling around the Uk for 2 months this was our last day before flying back to Australia we wished we had planned to stay more time in this great hotel.One of the best value for money hotels in the UK and the most comfortable beds we had slept in since leaving home .We would stay there again and will reccomend this great h... vad folk säger » otel to others.See you next time we are in the UK. - Staff were very friendly- quickly booked me a taxi. I asked how far Richmond centre was and not only given a local map but shown where we were. The hotel was about 5 minutes walk away. Very convenient to the tube which was good as I arrived in the dark. Spotlessly clean. I would stay there again. For the continental breakfast there was a good selection of food. Thanks to all concerned.

  Hotel was clean, modern and very good value for money. Our room, although not huge, was adequate in size for two people. The bathroom was clean and modern, with one of the best showers I've seen in a hotel. Premier Inn pride themselves on their guarantee of a good night's sleep; not that I had a bad night during our 14 night stay, but such a thing... vad folk säger » is relative since nothing beats one's own bed. Room hvac system worked reasonably well. The hotel is spotless, even down to the stair case, which is - Location was good, either 7 /8 minutes walk to Richmond Tube / Train Station and just a bit further into town shops etc. Bus stops in either direction normally straight outside, although when we where there the one into Richmond was out of use due to engineering works. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were very nice and spacious. Drinks in bar (well at least the beer / lager) was cheaper than any pubs we went in in Richmond , Twickenham, Brentford or Chiswick. Had pizza from restaurant on Saturd
