  We loved the building and decor, and the location was absolutely perfect. We always choose hotels with openable windows (rather than air conditioning) where possible, and this one met that criteria too. We slept well and it was quiet - no disturbances from other guests or from outside. The breakfast was also great, and the staff friendly. We would... vad folk säger » stay again if in the area. - The situaution of the the hotel to the train links is good, walking distance to Richmond is good, approximatly 20mins. The staff are friendly and the public bar has a comfortable feel and good ambiance. Although no car park you can park on the side streets from noon until 10am the next day for free.

The room was very elegant, and provided all the extras. The location of the hotel is brilliant, it took us around 30 minutes to get right into the center of London (oxford circus) so it was nice to relax and get away from the business when we came back to the hotel.

  Value for money, friendly staff, convenient to where I needed to be, flexible accommodation, free parking - up to 9.30am, well equipped for self catering. - The situation is perfect, just 20 min. to Central London, 5 min. to Kew Gardens (by overground from South Acton). Nice rooms.

  The position of the hotel is idyllic situated on a bend of the Thames. We opted for a less expensive roadside room at 199£ it was small but had everything we needed, and was well decorated. It was well insulated so the road was not audible. We had an excellent dinner served by very attentive staff who were able to match our meal with two superb wi... vad folk säger » nes. We will definitely return. - Location perfect , good food and drinks onsite . Some rooms bigger than others we had to swap as the initial room was tiny. Comfy beds nice deco and bathrooms.
