  The location is excellent. The parking is good and safe. The staff are attentive. The breakfast is excellent and great value for money. The aspect of the room is good with spacious ensuite. - We used the hotel as a stopover on our way to Brighton. It was fresh and clean, the staff were friendly andt the breakfast was very good.

  The location was great for our purpose (family wedding), beds were comfortable, room was clean with amenities that were fine for our stay and the food was good, at the neighbouring Beefeater pub. I also enormously appreciated the email that I received from the hotel, advising me of issues with the room that they would be able to offer solutions to... vad folk säger » (eg) the lack of air conditioning could be compensated for with alternative bedding and a fan. Additionally, the hotel had noted my request for rooms - The hotel room is clean and comfort. The staff are nice and very helpful. The hotel restaurant is big and the breakfast is good with different choices of English tea. They provide reheat service for the bread. It locates opposite to the train station and taxi stand. 15-20 minutes walk to the shopping mall and restaurants.

  Very warm welcome by staff - room was simply furnished - comfortable and exceptionally clean. Dinner and breakfast were tasty and plentiful - I fully recommend the lamb chops and strawberry pavlova! Lovely room. Hotel also welcomed pets, without charging a surcharge, unlike other hotels I could mention. Breakfast was lovely. Bar served real ale. Hotel is also very handy for Gatwick airport and the M25.
