  The hotel was fantastic, close to the city centre but still had plentyof free parkin spaces. Rooms were great and very modern - In short, everthing.Although a solo traveller,i prefer a double room which was excellent.I thought the hotel was faultless.

  Bra läge. Bilparkering. - We liked the easyness to get to the town centre and the shoppingcomplex. It was a 5 min walk from the hotel and 1 min in the car.   The room was very modern,clean and reminded me more of a city apartment with it's flat screen tv and stylish fittings. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is within walking distance of the train station and Derby city center.   Room Decor, pleasant layout and facilities, especially the complimentary toiletry pack. The sound proofing was excellent: considering there was a busy taxi rank right outside, we could not hear a thing. - Everything about our stay was spot on. Room was spacious, bed was really comfortable and cleanliness excellent. Food was also superb.

  where to start checkin was easy and quick.we stayed in room 1 omg what can i say it was wonderful with a lounge and a mezzine bedroom.the staff were nice and polite,the owner was lovely bringing us a meal from room service in a thunderstorm.breakfast was self serve but it was all hot and tasty.we had the carvery while we were there and at 3.99 u c... vad folk säger » ouldnt go wrong. - Accommodation was excellent and very comfortable had lots of room for us all to move around. Reception staff welcoming and very helpful a smile goes a long way. Our dog Tilly was also greeted with a friendly pat and quickly made herself at home. We enjoyed a carvery meal in the restaurant for £4.50pp a fantastic price and didn't break the bank.

  Pleasant stay, everything went smoothly; friendly and professional staff - all for a bargain price. Free coffee, tea, biscuits and water is a lovely bonus. Room and bathroom was clean to highest standard. Fantastic central location. I was surprised by Derby, it is a nice, clean town with plenty of pubs and restaurants. We will definetely come back when the weather will be better (it was snowing and very chilly during our stay). - I think what makes Jurys Inn different from all other hotel chain is that , they do really invest in good staffs, friendly professional team is what they have , rest assured that youl be looked after really well when you stay with them, just amazing how excellent these staffs are of jurys inn , well done. Im a frequent hotel user and tried most hotels so I definitely know the difference and what differs them from one another.

  Room was furnished very well and the bed was extremely comfortable. Underfloor heating meant that we were always very warm. Good portion of cooked breakfast in the morning. Staff were friendly.   Room was generally good, although needed a little freshening up in terms of decor (a little peeling wallpaper, a distinctly sloping floor in the bathroom, and a bare wire to the towel heater detracted from the overall feel of it). The room was lovely - two double beds overlooking the golf course. Staff were very friendly. Lovely fresh omelettes made at breakfast - cooked while you waited - which was a lovely touch.

  The standard of cleanliness and its location was excellent. We were able to book a smoking room which added to the enjoyment of our stay. Nothing worse than standing outside in the cold . Because of that we felt able to maximise the relaxation factor and our room was spacious . The breakfast was hot, and fresh and in a clean bright dining room. ... vad folk säger » I found the staff very helpful throughout the hotel , and very courteous. Would definitely use this hotel again. - Claire in Reservations was very helpful and got us the right rooms for our requirements. Rooms were large, well cleaned and breakfast plentiful. Free internet was a huge bonus, nice to see a company not charging for something as important as wifi and the speed was good too. Perhaps worth installing a blocker for bit torrent downloads though. All in all, the hotel does represent good value for money.

  How staff were focused on customer care and service. I have stop in many top hotels around the world and Morley Hayes now sits in my top 10. The A La Carte menu was excellent as was the meal.
