  Lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an inland double and the room was clean and bright, and warm on such a cold weekend. Very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was great (although it is over a bath). The free parking was a bonus, and it's not far to walk to the hotel. - The food was outstanding, the ... vad folk säger » room was lovely. We felt very comfortable there. Will definatly book again. The staff were very helpful and polite, have recommend this hotel to my friends.

  The staff were friendly from the minute we stepped in to the minute we left They are also very helpful giving us directions and infomation on the area. Our rooms wasn't ready when we arrived so they gave us free drinks at the bar and up graded us to a rome with a sea view and a balcony. It was gorgeous.   The hotel was great, clean, spacious, modern, and our stay wasvery reasonably priced. As a group of 11 women, we were allocated a group of rooms together which was great!   The hotel made you feel at home, had a very enjoyable stay. Even thou we were only there for two nights we felt that we had had a very relaxing time and felt very refreshed. - The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were of a very good size. We loved the feeling of grandeur and would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

  The receptionist ( dark hair , European) who checked us in and out was a great advert for the hotel , professional and very friendly , nothing was too much trouble for her . We were very impressed . - location....all the staff were very friendly...bed was lovely room was of reasonable size.....hotel made our weekend most excellent

  I have stayed here once before, many years ago and I remember it was a good choice then. It was a good choice this time too. It is located in West Hove, which suited me for my purposes, but may not suit everyone. The room was clean, the staff welcoming and the breakfast was excellent. I was travelling alone with a small child and they couldn't do enough for us. Very clean. Old but comfortable bed and pillows. Awesome cooked breakfast.

  A modern hotel with free wi-fi and free facility of an ironing room which proved useful. We stayed in a standard room with good wet room at the front of the hotel overlooking a busy road but we heard no traffic noise. The air conditioning very efficient. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent value for money with extended breakfast times at week... vad folk säger » ends. We arrived in Brighton by train for a shopping weekend and visit to the Pavilion. The hotel is situated within a two minute walk of the station. - Staff extremely friendly and happy to help. Location is fantastic right by the station and a short walk to the north laines. Room was clean and spacious, fairly functional but that's not a bad thing. The lobby and communal areas and well decorated and welcoming. We had a room at the back of the hotel on the top floor and slept soundly even with the window open- anyone who has visited Brighton before will appreciate how rare this is!!

  The location is great...right by the sea front and with easy access to the best areas of Brighton's dining and shopping. The old building used to be wine merchants and has a beautiful staircase and reception area. Our accommodation was very comfortable and well equipped...including the feather pillows that we had requested. The service from Baldo ... vad folk säger » on the front desk was great...although he was clearly too busy to cope with all demands and requests that were queuing for his attention. The bar staf - Everything about the stay was excellent, from the moment we dropped our bags off (earlier than check-in) to actually being shown the room (bed was so comfortable), to the bar and bistro. Found all staff excellent, very friendly and very helpful (recently back from Las Vegas where I stayed in a supposed luxury hotel! everything was the complete opposite too the Hotel du Vin). Both of us wished we had booked that extra day!
