  Lovely hotel in a great location. The room I had was very nice for the price, the breakfast was good and the parking facilities were good. It was nice to have a leisure club too although the sauna and steam rooms weren't working when I used them. - Clean & Tidy, very freindly & well presented staff.   Friendliness and helpfulness of owner. Large, comfortable, clean, very well furnished room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast served in the room. We enjoyed the walk (15 minutes) to the centre of town, shops and amenities and were also only 10 minutes walk to the cliff tops and beaches. And then it got even better with a fabulous breakfast served in our room on new year's morning. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again when we need to stay in the area.

  Only downfall, was there is no signpost on the main road indicating it as a Premier Inn. On letsbookhotel.com printable booking confirmation it only stated Premier Inn and address.   The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and modern. Our room was spacious and the view was great. If you didn't know, you wouldn't have guessed you were staying in a premier inn. Location was perfect. The directions through email and text previous to our stay were helpful and precise. My kids love the lovely and clean beach and the ocean aquarium place. Love the Harry ramsome famous fish and chip.   A traditional family hotel run with so much care. Everywhere was spotless even the décor and lighting in extremely good order.- we didn't see one light bulb not working properly! Food excellent and staff so friendly. The garden facing the cliff top is wonderful and in good weather taking either morning coffee or afternoon tea it is so relaxing... vad folk säger » . - Staff were friendly and very professional. I was running the Bournemouth Half Marathon on Sunday 6th October and I asked Petar on reception if it was possible to delay my checkout by an hour so I could come back to the hotel and shower. He was able to do this and I really appreciated it as I was travelling back to London.
