  We especially liked being greeted by the concierge. Booking in and out was quick and easy. Room was spacious and clean with plenty tea and coffee in the room. The full English breakfast was well cooked and piping hot. Of course you could choose want you want.The evening meals in Rowley's are really recommended. The bar is well stocked, and with ve... vad folk säger » ry friendly staff. . - All members of the staff all genuinely appeared to be happy in their roles. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and relaxing. It's the second time I've stayed there and I'm sure there'll be many more times as well. This time I spent a little longer in the hotel and used the bar, great to be able to look out over the football pitch.

  the cleanliness,excellent food,the service was the best we have ever known, but mostly the cabaret(even though one of the acts was ill so wasnt there,one of the other acts doubled-up.) - we whanted to relax this weekend and with everything at the hotel that was what we got,it may have rained outside but we still had a great time thanks.

  The staff went out of their way to accomadate us and our needs- the desk staff were very freindley and helpful and had answers to all queries..The hotel itself was very clean and had character and excellant facilities. The restaurant manager and his staff went out of their way to accomadate us early at mealtimes so that we could attend conference ... vad folk säger » meetings on time. An excellant service was given ! - personal service and attention of restaurant manager/waiter and chef for my gluten free diet. there was always a good choice on the menu for me too.will recommend to coeliac uk!
