Was excellent value and nicely decorated and clean. Had an en suite which was a good size. Comfortable bed. Big tv and our own keys to come and go as we wanted. Great location and the breakfast was nice and plenty of it. Best part is the owners didn't bother you and left you to it but was still about if needed. AAA***.
Breakfast was excellent & plenty to choose from. The hosts could not do enough for you. Very clean & tidy. Our first time there & would definitely recommend to others to try it. 5 mins walk & your @ the Tower.
All aspects of the accommodation were really good. Poor weather made getting about a bit of a bind. Pleasure Beach a rip off, half the rides closed. See if they give any refunds, doubtful!.
The breakfasts were superb, the hosts extremely congenial. The freedom to come and go as we please and also we were given privacy.

nothing.
wifi did not work.
no parking and had to pay a extra £10.
nothing.
Had a smell like Dog in the stair and hall ways.
Room needed attention, re-decorating, grouting and sealing in bathroom.
Mattress was way to soft, felt like a water bed.
We were given the wrong instructions about parking
and were not made to feel
very welcome.
Too many stairs to our room. No bar facilities. Room was cold; bathroom window did not shut properly. Duvet cover had a hole/tear in it . Shower cubicle was in need of complete revamp; seals were worn and rotten, toilet did not flush first or second time. Shower room was too small overall. We asked a traffic warden where we could park otherwise it wasn't easy to find parking.
Nothing.
