Staff and clientele were really warm and welcoming. It's a budget hotel so don't expect the ritz but I would definitely stay there again.

The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. I liked the large car park at the back which is locked at night by a garage style door. It is very convenient. The bus stop to the city centre is nearby and the buses are frequent. I was staying to visit my husband in hospital and there is a bus straight to the QE about 10 mins walk away. There is a small Tesco opposite and a Post Office about 400m away.

We were very impressed with the excellent customer service provided. The food was delicious and the restaurant and rooms remained very clean. We loved the powerful, hot shower inside the room and the room as a whole was well prepared with tea and coffee and a clean, comfy bed and bathroom. Everything! Mostly the friendly staff who could not be nicer. They really do go above and beyond to make you welcome and comfortable. Spotlessly clean facilities, excellent food, warm and welcoming atmosphere and the most comfy beds (even the sofa bed) Generous amounts of tea,coffee and biscuits and efficient cleaning staff daily.Would not stay anywhere else in Birmingham. Second visit to this hotel and will be back without any doubt!! Highly recommend to anyone

The Prince was a great budget hotel - no frills, but comfortable and with very friendly and helpful staff. Hard to beat in terms of value for money if you're looking for somewhere basic and reasonably central. Buses into the city centre are very frequent and take about 10 minutes, or it's a short taxi ride.

The prices were very good and reasonable for the four nights myself and a close friend stayed for a break and change of scenery as I really could not complain at all perspectives. (Also was just in the outskirts of Birmingham City Centre)
The only best thing about the Hotel we stayed was the 'bed comforts' and the room/bedroom was the most cleanes
