Lovely Victorian building. Good position. Quiet although still on a bus/main route into Bath. Easy walking distance, 20 mins into city centre. Off road parking. The staff were all very nice and friendly. The hotel is very close to the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, which is why we chose it. My wife is an outpatient at this hospital, and disabled. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful.

Room was so beautiful we wish we could have stayed longer. Hotel bit far from centre but we liked it that way. We had a huge room - loved the canopy bed. The beds were really comfortable. The staff were really friendly. The mint on the pillow was a really nice touch! - The four poster bed and size of the room made the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Everything! We stayed for one night and were pleased for the whole experience. It was a lovely Georgian House situated on top of a hill overlooking the countryside. It has been kept in an excellent condition along with some modern fittings, such as a lush en-suite for the master bedroom (recommended).

Thanks so much to Ian and Alison for a great stay in their B&B and we were very appreciative of their warm hospitality and comfortable accommodation. We felt like we were part of their family coming home for a few days stay. I would thoroughly recommend High Beeches as a great spot to stay, with the bus to Bath just nearby and a good pub with meals within walking distance

The room was fitted out really well and to a high standard, e.g. a memory foam mattress and a really solid, classy bathroom with a super shower that pleased the American boyfriend who's always amazed at our piddly English offerings...in this case he got 2 shower heads at full force!
