  The staff were all very nice and friendly. The hotel is very close to the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, which is why we chose it. My wife is an outpatient at this hospital, and disabled. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful.   The hotel was full of character and well thought out. The staff were unbelievably helpful and nothing was too much trouble... they even dried our swimmers for us on our last day! I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bath. Oh and I love the valet parking!! - Lovely atmosphere.   The accommodation was immaculate, good location very central, was a little noisy due to being in center of town. No car parking but car park only about 5 mins walk away cost £12 per day to park. Welcome pack on arrival containing - milk, juice, cereal, croissants. Miniature Molton Brown toiletries provided in bathroom, lovely thick white fluffy to... vad folk säger » wels. Could not fault this accommdation. - it is in the center of town, easy to navigate through and around town. The staff was so excellent even in the event of an emergency at a local construction site the staff went above and beyond to help. nothing bad to say at all about our stay.

  This place is a gem! We stayed in the apartment for two nights, which has all you need including central heating, king sized bed with duvet and two pillows each, shower room with power shower and plenty of hot water, separate living/ dining area with dining table, comfortable settee, TV and DVD, separate fully equipped kitchen with washing machine... vad folk säger » , fridge/ freezer, full sized oven with gas hob and good supply of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. Outside there is a south facing patio garden that - Fab place to stay. Nothing was too much for the owners. We were made to feel welcome from the start and the breakfast was plenty to keep us going for most of the day! The town was a short walk away - prob about 10 minutes. The room was comfortable and surprisingly quieter than expected as it is on a busy main road. There is no parking available but we were provided with a parking permit as soon as we arrived which saved us a lot of money on parking fees. I would definitely stay there again.

  I stayed for 1 night whilst attending a wedding in Bath and had a very pleasant stay. I had been in correspondence with the owner prior to arrival as I knew I would be in Bath for around midday so requested an early check in- he was very accommodating throughout and when I arrived my room was ready. The house and my room were both lovely, nice dec... vad folk säger » oration, spacious and with everything you would need. The next morning I came down for breakfast at 9:50 as I hadn't been told that it was served at 9 - Great location and hospitality from the owner "Giac" Unusual to receive a text both before and on the day of arrival but very welcome (and sensible!) We were able to confirm what time we wanted to arrive and check in. Room was very clean and comfortable (especially the bed) The shower was great too. Breakfast is taken in the basement kitchen and was fresh and wonderful quality. It is only a 10minute walk or so into the city so was a great location for going in to shop and leter to have dinner.
