  My husband and I just had a wonderful couple of nights at Oldfields. What made it so special was how friendly the staff are - making us tea/biscuits on arrival and when we got back from a long day out the following afternoon, and giving us helpful info on Bath (where to go, where to eat out etc.). The hotel is well located (short walk from town... vad folk säger » centre, ideal if you want a really great Indian meal at the nearby Mint Room restaurant) and the rooms lovely. We had a deluxe four poster and it was - We received a wonderful warm welcome from the proprietors,even though we arrived before usual check in. Time. We were given lovely tray of tea & bikkies in their gorgeous regency communal lounge while the attractions of Bath were explained to us. Even though we had chosen the less expensive loft room, the decorations were lovely & it was very comfortable, with a/con(which was very necessary because of the afternoon sun), which made the room very comfortable.   The Henrietta House is fun-tastic. When on business trip I've stayed with hotel conglomerates such as Kempinski, Shangri-la, Sheraton, Hilton etc. But none of these could compare with the Henrietta, if a heart-warming, relaxing and unforgettable stay is what you are looking for. Location: 10-15 minuets walk from the Bath Spa railway station, depen... vad folk säger » ding on how fast you walk (it generally costs me 20 min.+ to get there because of my constant stops for photos, the sceneries are breathtaking). Bus i - From the moment we stepped in, the place was inviting. The check-in process was fast and easy as they were expecting us and I only needed to provide my first name...no annoying paperwork. The room was small, but clean, which is most important! We only stayed one night and spent most of time exploring Bath so the size of the room didn't hinder our comfort. Breakfast was great...much better than I have found at a hotel buffet and they have a menu from which you can order for eggs and pancake

  Arrived at hotel before checking in time and room was ready for us. Room was very cosy and warm considering it was a very cold day in January. Bed was comfortable room was spotless clean and en-suite was exceptionally clean. Well positioned to go into Bath, breakfast good very enjoyable stay. Would like to return to Bath during Summer months and... vad folk säger » would book at hotel again. - The owners and staff were all friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Parking was easy. Free speedy internet access. I stay away from home on business at least twice a month and this has been the best place I have stayed in, and I have stayed in all different star rated hotels and BandB's.

  We had a huge room - loved the canopy bed. The beds were really comfortable. The staff were really friendly. The mint on the pillow was a really nice touch! - The four poster bed and size of the room made the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful.

  Everything! We stayed for one night and were pleased for the whole experience. It was a lovely Georgian House situated on top of a hill overlooking the countryside. It has been kept in an excellent condition along with some modern fittings, such as a lush en-suite for the master bedroom (recommended). There was plenty of parking and the house was ... vad folk säger » only a 10 minute bus ride into town (or 40 minute stroll if you prefer after a long car journey). Although I recommend doing a bit of the journey on f - Thanks so much to Ian and Alison for a great stay in their B&B and we were very appreciative of their warm hospitality and comfortable accommodation. We felt like we were part of their family coming home for a few days stay. I would thoroughly recommend High Beeches as a great spot to stay, with the bus to Bath just nearby and a good pub with meals within walking distance

  We stayed in the Superior Double Room. It was quiet, well-quipped, with a desk big enough for us to use our laptop comfortably. There was a variety of fresh cut fruit at breakfast, to our delight, and the portions of the cooked breakfast were generous. Louise paid attention to the smallest details to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. - A great place to stay, close proximity to town centre. Did not see the actual owners but the staff standing in we're extremely friendly and cooked a fabulous breakfast. Was a bit disappointed with the dirty grout in the shower, otherwise clean and comfortable.

  Clean room and Bath tub. And good breakfast. - The location was very convenient and the owner was very accomadating. The hotel room was very clean and secure. Breakfast was great! Amazing value for your money. We will be staying there again.
