welcoming and friendly. Room with en-suite bathroom was large,well
equipped and very clean, great view across the fields and countryside.
The 24/7 breakfast kitchen had everything you could ask for,
cereals, fresh juice, toaster, microwave, snack bars, fruit etc and was

We loved that staying here was about as close to being in your own home as you can get. The location is perfect for getting to Stansted airport quickly. The room was everything you could hope for in a bed and breakfast with super comfy beds and wonderful choices for breakfast to include freshly baked croissants made to order. Free parking, free wifi, open stocked kitchen, toys for the kids to play with, close to IWM Duxford and Cambridge and warm welcoming owners...what more could you need?

The owner was there to greet me despite it being very late. The room was warm and clean and the facilities were excellent, a real home from home. A nice comfy bed with soft duvet...I had a great night's sleep! - Excellent location staying overnight for access to Stansted airport.Lovely rooms and very good English breakfast.

accommodation is above a showroom replete with Morgans from the
delights of the 30's 3 wheeler through many Plus 4s, right up to
the modern (!) Aero and the reincarnation of said 3 wheeler. The smell

Melvin and sindy have created an amazing bed and breakfast . Each room is luxuriously designed with so much emphasis on detail . The warm and friendly atmosphere only enhances what is already a lovely stay . The museum is gorgeous. Decorated and displayed in a very ' classy' way.
We loved our stay , the kitchen is wonderful . It has the home from home atmosphere. Congratulations to you both on providing a service that is second to none . We will definitely be back . Xx Rob and Michelle x

24 hour reception - no check-in restriction. - Our room (Mole Hall Green) was excellently clean, equipped, furnished and comfortable. It was good value for money. But we did not like being telephoned by reception at 10.55 to be told that we must be out by 11.0!

It is as if time has stopped. Beautiful and of great historical value. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. Staff is very helpfull and they enjoy their job which is very important. High class. two dumbs up ! - I was there for a family wedding and everything about the hotel, location and staff was abslutely fantastic. would thooughly recommend it

Great staff- nothing was too much bother, and they were very flexible and easy-going. Great food- able to cater for restricted diets. Room was very comfortable, much moreso than picture on web-site indicated it would be. There is not a whole lot to do on the farm, which is great if you just want to relax. I was stranded at Stansted Airport and was looking for a clean, affordable place to stay. Homeley Farms had great reviews, so I decided to give it a try. Not only did I not regret my decision, I am going back this week. Ree and Neil made me feel at home right away after a long and stressful trip. The breakfast was a huge bonus! And the history of the place adds value and charm. Definitely recommend!

Hotel management were very helpful and attentive. We had a pleasant andenjoyable stay and would choose this hotel again if we visit the area inthe future - The owners were brilliant. They were flexible, accommodating and friendly and gave great service. The food was really tasty and the restaurant was tasteful and relaxing. I am sure I will go back
