The staff were all excellent and extremely polite. I have stayed at far
more expensive airport hotels and had much poorer service. The
restaurant food was very good, but the chef needs to learn a little more
about what medium and well done steaks are. They were both very
undercooked. We didn't complain though, as all the staff were just

This hotel was excellent for location,literally a 5 minute walk from the
airport. There's also a free shuttle bus from stand 2 that drops you
off within 100 yards of the hotel The beds were very comfortable We were
a late check in after a midnight landing at Luton, staff couldn't do
enough. We had a connecting filght at Heathrow back to Canada next day
and booked our seats in advance at the hotel, front desk staff offered
to print our boarding passes from the internet. Rooms were small but

I loved the entrance reception area and the bar area and eating area with the large screen tv. The ability to eat 24/7 with the light snack menu meant we didn't need to eat a full meal - could go out shopping for the day and return, relax and enjoy a snack in the bar with a drink. The railway close to the hotel was very useful for visiting London

I went to this hotel for one night. The hotel is close to train station Luton Parkway, just behind it. Cleanness is perfect, my room was with sofa, spacious, with high speed internet connection. Exactly in front of the hotel is a bus stop for shuttle bus to get to Luton airport, the ticket costs 1,50. The bus goes every 10-15 minutes. I think this hotel is very suitable for travellers going to or from the airport. Might be for business, probably not for long stay, because it is too far from the

Helpful staff, smooth running of breakfast facilities. The location - central to the Abbey, the Saturday market and other places of interest. - Central position to the town centre and railway station, very clean and tidy, breakfast fit for a king!!!!!!!!!!
