  My wife and I had been traveling around the Uk for 2 months this was our last day before flying back to Australia we wished we had planned to stay more time in this great hotel.One of the best value for money hotels in the UK and the most comfortable beds we had slept in since leaving home .We would stay there again and will reccomend this great h... vad folk säger » otel to others.See you next time we are in the UK. - Staff were very friendly- quickly booked me a taxi. I asked how far Richmond centre was and not only given a local map but shown where we were. The hotel was about 5 minutes walk away. Very convenient to the tube which was good as I arrived in the dark. Spotlessly clean. I would stay there again. For the continental breakfast there was a good selection of food. Thanks to all concerned.

  Simple, friendly, quiet and unobtrusive welcome. I would very happily stay here again. I felt relaxed and comfortable, and was able to just do my own thing. As I had come for rest before very early start and swim race it suited me down to the ground.   Buffet breakfast was lovely. Room was very spacious and a nice view. Very close to Thorpe park which was our reason for visiting.   The room was very nice with high quality fixtures and fittings, good quality bedding and toiletries ( Bath A1 ), the restaurant/food very good as was the breakfast. If you are looking for a traditional country inn with good food … I can recommend the Black horse - The bedroom was Beautiful and the manager who showed us in was very accomodating.

  The people that worked there were really friendly and knew the local area well enough to suggest good places to eat - The room was clean, and the food taste well. The staff is very polite, happy and they like children. Its a very personal and nice place to stay at. We can recomend you a visit at the mad cow in Richmond
