  The polite and accommodating staff. They provided all our needs (including securing football tickets) and pointing us in the correct direction when we inquired. The facilities were fantastic and modern; very comfortable beds and wonderfully soft towels.The location of the hotel was great. We were on a relaxing holiday in London for the first time... vad folk säger » , so the neighbourhood's activeness was just what we need. We ate at a different restaurant every evening (we stayed eight nights) and socialized with - Ultra modern facilities. Tastefully decorated rooms, very comfortable and welcoming. Most importantly, very quiet and peaceful throughout stay- no unwelcome noise in the hallway or from other rooms. Very good restaurant- lovely breakfast. Very polite, helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location to tube station and shops.
