My wife and I stayed at the Runnymede on Thames as part of her birthday
weekend. I found the staff very willing and able to help with little
preparations I needed or to help with information etc in advance of the
stay. I must admit as we arrived the hotel seemed to be larger than I
had imagined and I feared that any personal touch would be lost. I

The welcoming from the staff made us feel at home. They were so helpful. The food was beautiful. There was live music being played by a guitarist in the lounge it was so relaxing. The choice of an indoor or outdoor pool, again the staff there were so helpful and accommodating nothing was a problem. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many hotels all over the world.

I love how the staff are so friendly and accomodating. They always carry your luggage to and from your room no matter what time it is. The rooms are always well presented and have all the amenities (ironing board, bottles of water, sky tv, iPod docker, free wi fi). I would always choose to stay here when visiting Egham or the surrounding area.

The hotel was excellent, I had dinner in the restaurant which was
brill, and breakfast was great too. The room was very elegant, and
provided all the extras. The location of the hotel is brilliant, it
took us around 30 minutes to get right into the center of London
(oxford circus) so it was nice to relax and get away from the business
when we came back to the hotel.

We were made most welcome during our stay and we're spoilt with it being our wedding anniversary with beautiful cup cakes and an astonishing view of Windsor! Immaculate rooms and large beautiful rooms and bathroom's gave our stay a real feel of luxury...breathtaking views of Windsor castle make this hotel a delight! We stay at many 5 star hotels and this hotel although 4 feels far better in terms of everything it has to offer and we can't wait to return for a lengthy stay next year...only disap

The hotel was great. We booked more than half a year in advance and the price was quite convenient. Room was large and clean and included tea/coffee facilities. The the bathroom was perfectly spotless. The personnel was friendly and helpful. You get all you need in this hotel. Breakfast was also plentiful. All-in-all, a very nice hotel.
Plus, the neighborhood was very nice with a lot of shops, terraces and restaurants nearby.
