The friendliness of the staff. There was a mix up with my booking and it was cancelled by accident. The lady we dealt with, Teresa I think her name was,went out of her way to ensure that we were able to stay there the weekend. An excellent example of customer service! Everything about the Waterfoot was excellent.
I found all the staff I met to be some of the most friendly and and helpful that I have come across on world travels.
There were two on reception and a further two in the restaurant who were able to chat in a way that was not patronising and this helps to the comfort of guests

A+++ - Was a little apprehensive at earlier visitor feedback on food noise etc left prior to visit which was completely unfounded. The hosts (Monica & Adrian) were very friendly and helpful. The house & the garden are absolutly lovely. It's not far away from Derry (by car) but totally quiet and perfect for relaxing & enjoying the beautiful environment. We enjoyed our stay very much!
