  Sometimes you meet an exceptional person who touches your life. Murat, who runs this hotel, is such a person. He makes all his guests feel very welcome and comfortable, he helps them to plan their days and even takes them out on walks with him. We paid a little extra for our room to have the great view over more or less the whole re - My son and I enjoyed the environment of Capadoccia but would not have been able to do so without the help of the staff at Takaev who organised the balloon trip, tours, transfers and provided us with information about local sights and facilities. Staff were gentle in their approach, efficient in their delivery and had a wicked albeit understated sense of humour. I would have loved to take them with us for the rest of our tour.   Charming cave room apt, in a beautiful location overlooking the valley. Enjoyed the breakfast brought to our room and fresh bread delivered in the morning. A lovely garden patio to be enjoyed overlooking the valley with a glass of wine in the evening or breakfast in the morning. We stayed in ten hotels during our trip and this was by far our favorite and most memorable as well as - Les Maisons de Cappadoce are beautifully restored local cave houses. Our studio Les Chevres was overlooking Pigeon Valley where we could see great examples of the rock formations which are typical of Cappadocia. We had a guide for 2days, arranged by Jacques, and this was well worth it. Uchisar where Les Maisons are situated is quite a small town and much less commercialised than nearby Goreme.

  Anatolia pension was like a home away from home. I arrived in uchisar knowing I wanted to do a hot air balloon ride but ended up doing so much more thanks to Ahmet and Gokhan.
