I loved it. My room balcony on the 4th floor had amazing views across the Bosphorous to the blue mosque and other beautiful landmarks and fabulous at night when all lit up. 300 meters from Harem ferry terminal to Eminonu, very convenient
transportation for the daytime. Staff is very friendly and polite, good
with their english, very helpful. Balconys with the Bosphorous view -
incredible for the price of a hostel. Rooms are clean and comfortable,
so are the bathrooms. Breakfast is various and delicious. Pool area is
sooooo nice! Stayed there all days long. Love the ping-pong and the
music in the pool. Free wireless connection also enjoyed.

The staff are the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met at any
hotel anywhere in the world - they gave the impression that nothing was
too much trouble and they had all the time in the world for each guest.
The rooms are spotlessly clean and the breakfast is also one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had.

The staff at Bulvar Palas are not just good -- they are exceptional. Everyone spoke fluent English, were accommodating beyond belief (we arrived at 6 a.m. hoping just to check our bags while we went sightseeing and they offered to rush making up a room for us so we could get in there at 10 a.m. without being asked). Everything! The hotel is great! Due to my business life I am staying in
hotels more than a week per month but never saw soo much friendly staff
and ckean hotel! It is 4 stars only in the papers, because in reality it
is a 5 star hotel!!! Even when we had a problem with a taxi,
resemptionist came and fight with him with a sucessful end! Location is
also great, 10 min by taxi from taksim and 4 tram station from hagia
sofia and blue tzami.

Everything. Hotel is amazing and brand new. Definitely it is firm 5 star hotel. I don't know what to name first design, comfort, location or quality of service everything is excellent. The staff was really nice to us.
The breakfast is really good.
The location is amazing, just in taksim square, near the Marmara hotel (one minute walk) and really near to istiklal street (1 min walk), a really entertaining place. Istanbul is a wonderful city, I would like to recommend this hotel to everybody. + all the taxis are just outside the hotel and in the rooms, the windows are well made, we don't hear the noise from outside.
