  A budget friendly hotel in a great location. The hotel is located in the heart of the old city, about 5 min walk from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Basilica Cistern, etc. The tram station is also a few minutes walk. The staff is very friendly and eager to help wherever they can. The rooms are ok, not very big but decent and clean. The beds are als... vad folk säger » o very comfortable. Great value for money, especially taking into account the excellent location. - Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The locations is GREAT - 2 min walk to Aya Sofia and Sultanahmet Camii, 5 min walk to Gulhane Park, 10 min walk to Galata Bridge. The tram station is also a few minutes walk. The rooms are clean and quiet. Possibility to parking the car. Working WiFi. We will definitely go back to Anadolu Hotel when we are back in Istanbul. Thank you for everything Anadolu Hotel :)

  Mustafa and his staff were excellent! The restaurant food and view were very good. Location was perfect! I loved the fact that the merchants on the street are like one big family and willing to help out anyone. Very safe and entertaining area.   Hospitality is SUPER GREAT, the staff is incredible. We felt as in home. Thank You. Things we liked: - Location: the hotel is located in sultanahmet, which is close to the city's landmarks (TopKapi, Blumosque, AgaSofia, Hippodrome, Grand Bazzar) and others. The building is a historic one, after the restoration. Living in a tradition house is a special experience for travelers. Staff is extremely kind and helpful! Breakfast is quite simple but absolutely enough to start your day in Istanbul!

  The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. It was good to be able to talk to fluent English speakers. The room was quiet and very clean. Being able to use the terrace and internet any time was much appreciated.

  Best location in Istambul. It's just 5 min walking to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Tram stop and 15 min walking to Gran Bazar. The breakfast is good enough!   What makes up for the shortcomings of the hotel is the really friendly, helpful and nice staff. For the price, you really can't complain. Location is excellent as it is VERY close to the Hippodrome so it's easy to take short rests or a nap when u r tired of walking. Was there for 7 nights, and except for the 2 roomates that i had, who talked and smoked all night, there's nothing really i can say - Yakamoz guesthouse is a very special place: the building is not big but furnishings is in perfect turkish style, and the atmosphere is really hospitable. Our room, was very nice, everything was full of coulors and original. In particular, the owner of the guesthouse is a very good person, he's lovely, nice and hearty. The building is very close to the centre of istanbul, so close to blue mosque and santa sofia mosque and grand bazar. I advise this guesthouse to everyone!

  The staff were awesome and very friendly, I had a feeling that I am at home. The rooftop terrace has an excellent view to Marmara sea, and looking down I could see a nice little square.
