Clean, most staff really helpful. Good to have self catering option. Close to transport to get around the city

Pneumatic drill operating directly next to hotel throughout the day. I would have expected warning of this and would have chosen a different hotel to allow me a more peaceful stay. The smell of the drains on floor 1and 2. Rarely anyone on call during the day but the cleaner was extremely helpful and solved problems that two English speaking night staff did not.

Free internet, cleanliness, location (close to Taxim Square & to Kabatas metro and boat tours and the Bosphor)

The staff do not speak good English, there was no maps, touristic guides and brochures for Istanbul, the staff did not make any orientation on the services they provide!

Nice appartment, good size. Location is good. Price/quality.

Only water when arriving, no refill. When asked they told me to go to the supermarket. Slight smell of the gutter in the bathroom.

The location is ideal and is just minutes’ walk from the Bosporus and the Taxim square and there is a super market and many places to eat nearby. The hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful (especially the cleaning lady who does her best to communicate even though she speaks only Turkish), and there is a very intimate and nostalgic feeling to the space.

It can be bit difficult to communicate, given the fact that most of the day only the cleaning lady is there at the reception. The only other thing that may cause a problem for some travelers, especially the elders or children, is the very steep road leading to the main street.

Everything was fine. Daily cleaning. Patio for breakfast and dinner in the warm weather.

But in a room on the first floor (downstairs from the lobby) was a weak mobile signal and slow WiFi - it was not comfortable for business trip. At the same time in a room on the floor above (we lived there last time) and in the lobby mobile phone and WiFi was working fine.

Rooms are big and clean, furniture, even they have kitchen. Nice price.

The view of the rooms in the first floor. And there was construction very near to the hotel, it was so noisy, we felt that we were in the middle of a construction work. They didn't warn us about it. We woke up by a huge noise in the morning. They didn't changed our room or give money back. Probably construction work will continue for a while. If you want to stay in this hotel ask about construction works around.

Staff! There is no staff at all! And they are not educated about tourism and they are really rude!
