We loved this place - came for 3 days and stayed for 5. The management and staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful,and ensure that their guests are as well cared for as possible. Ali the owner was great - a perfect host - and we appreciated her advice and willingness to take time to answer our questions and to let us use the internet etc. The traditional Turkish breakfasts were magnificent. Mosman, the receptionist, cook and general hand prepares wonderful fare and great coffee. The rooms .
alla recensioner » We arrived very early in the morning with a bus from Oludeniz, and they welcomed us very kindly even if it was sleeping time. They also offered us the breakfast even if we didn't spend the night there. The breakfast was really good, with sweet and salty things.. there were also Baklava, tipical turkish sweet, and çay, turkish tea!! The position is also perfect, near to Goreme open air museum and all starting points for trekking in the Red and Rose valleys. I really recommend it!!!. Before staying; They wrote back email so fast everytime and helped me to make a schedule in Cappadocia. This is the reason why I chose this hotel to stay. :) During staying; I like following points so much! *All of staffs are kind and nice! *They offer tasty tea whole the time. *The breakfast was excellent. *Laundory service was helpful. *Easy to remember where hotel is. *They offered to drive me to Kaymaklı Underground City!. This guesthouse is really really nice. The lady speaks very good English and is really helpful to the guests. After my reservation is confirmed, she gives me an E-mail full of information. During my stay in Goreme, Gerdis Evi provides my lots of help. Well, Goreme is nice and the hotel is the same!. Generous and helpful staff-- even went to station and got my bus ticket for me-- drove me to bus--booked me with the best tours, Butterfly Balloons-- awesome--all effortless with their help. It's a total gem. Lovely, family owned. Right among the fairy chimneys. Great breakfast included. The most complete breakfast we had among all our hotels we have been in Capadoccia. Friendly atmosphere The manager was very helpful Located near the center of the city. The Turkish cook is very nice, he stays in the hotel at night. Just only bathroom; *The shower was really weak and supplied lukewarm water. *The toilet had a problem (not flashing). At times the wifi didn't work in my room. Also single-glazed windows so you can here people talking outside. Nothing to declare. Nothing. We asked the hotel to pick us up at airport but no one shows up. It was very disappointing because all the other drivers refused to take us since we were not on their list. The hotel owner promised to pay our taxi fee when we checked in but she went back on her word when we checked out. We are quite disappointed at this hotel because of this.
