  Outrigger was definitely the best hotel we've stayed at in Thailand. Since the moment the hotel was revealed to my eyes from far away by long tail boat, my breathe was taken and it was hard to readjust. Approximately 1km spread with coconut trees white sand crystal water (although it is tiding down afternoon), 4 restaurants, huge amazing pool incl... vad folk säger » uding inside bar. We came for our honeymoon and this is by far the most suitable hotel for that purpose, surrounded by peaceful couples. The rooms are - My husband has food allergies and I emailed the staff ahead of time to inform them. The food & beverage manager met with us and assured us that her staff had the list. Indeed they did - it was nice not to have to repeat all the allergies and they were all very thorough. The property, bungalow, pool and restaurants were all great. We were really impressed and thankful for the 3 nights we had here. We were finally able to get some sleep.

  First of all the view is so amazing that you can open your bangol's door and look to sky and the blue clear water. I recommended to book a beach front bangol that will help you to stay near the sea and enjoy the time. Second is the breakfast buffeh was excellant and it was the best for me in all holiday inn hotels that i went to and the breakfast ... vad folk säger » include both american and thai food . The resort also have different activities that can be fit to families and honeymooners it contain trips free sn - Great location. It is secluded and a little quiet but it fit our needs perfectly. Great rooms, we had a standard bungalow, breakfast was good as well, and the pool/beach were great. Service from the staff was great as well. Reading the reviews before we went had us worried, but personally, I found everything great. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend on the basis for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

  We had heard a lot of negative comments about the staff being rude and barking orders about fines for towels and room key, they are just doing their job people. They collected us from the pier as it is a walk (5 minutes) to the hotel a staff member extremely friendly insisted on taking our luggage ( 2 suticases weighing more than 50kg in 36degrees... vad folk säger » ). When we arrived at 11 we were told check in is at 2 which we knew but were told to pop back at 12 and they'll do their best and at 12 on the dot it - Ok this is a really clean and neat hotel in phi phi. Its hard to find a decent mid priced hotel as most of the reviews for other hotels are shocking but this is perfect. Its location is perfect for everything, its 5 mins stroll to the pier, in the centre of town but facing into a courtyard pool so no noise from outside. A few minutes to the beaches. Definitely pleased with this hotel. Its a little more exspensive than a similar hotel in Phuket, but everything on Phi Phi is due to transport cost

  perfect view, nice food(especially breakfast), cool swimming pool, guest room is well-designed, and the hotel staff are very nice and professional, the best hotel I ever lived in Thailand! - What can i say! This place was amazing - the views were to die for!!! Staff were brilliant and really looked after us. A credit to Danny and his team.

  All the staff was very friendly and helpfull. They made our stay really enjoyable. We had a room with the garden view but it was only 1min walk to the beach. The restaurant of the hotel had nice thai food and the sea view is amazing. The massage parlour was good and cheaper than most other parlours on the island. We would recommend the islands tou... vad folk säger » r with snorkeling, we had an amazing time. You can book this via the hotel. - First off, we were a bit worried by some of the ratings. So here's ours: Excellent!! We had a luxury bungalow close to pool and reception. Airco, Free wifi!!! Only 80eur/ night. Everywhere was clean, no bugs, a lot of cats though. The pool was beautiful. The beach bar had really good music, and overall it was not too noisy. Only 10 min from the pier, with a nice guy with trolley carrying our luggage. Perfect place!
