  The resort is in great location and the reason for staying. I wanted to spend a few days at Phra Nang based on reviews, and it is an easy walk. Being a solo traveller i stayed in their Superior bungalow which at first was great, it was obvious i received a great room, overlooking the pool at the rear. The 3rd night had heavy rains and i am sure it... vad folk säger » had the direct effect on the incredible and overwhelming sewerage smell in the room, and i was moved to another room even though i made the complaint - The warm friendly welcome I received from the staff. They were more than accommodating and friendly for my whole stay. I loved the accommodation which was clean and comfortable. The pool near the beach was wonderful. I spent most of my stay there with family that came from Finland. It was a great place to catch up and relax. I loved all the little backpacker restaurants and shops. Very laid back. Lovely food. All very perfect to wind down and relax. I would stay there again and recommend it to

  Booked the pool villa with the private pool and it had a jacuzzi as well. It was perfect for honeymooners and young couples. The spa was just around the corner and it was awesome as well. If you're the first time going to the hotel, please contact the hotel staff and get their airport transfers for a peace of mind.   Railay Beach has so much to offer and was a beautiful location for our 5 night stay. Accessible only by boat from Krabi, the resort itself spans Railay East to West. West has a beautiful beach with a handful of luxury hotels, but go down Walking Street to Railay East or through the hotel grounds and you'll be in a contrasting location with lots... vad folk säger » of bars, shops and backpackers - great evening atmosphere. Cocktail boat opposite Viewpoint on East is lovely in the evening - we went most nights. - We stayed at the hotel during the low season period, but it seamed to me there were many visitors from all over the world. A taxi from the modern and spacious and Changi-looking Krabi airport took us to the pier where for only 60 Baht per person we were delivered to the Eastern Railay beach. If you have heavy bags with unnecessary items - better leave them in the Left Luggage room of the Krabi airport (ground floor of Terminal 1 for only 50 Baht per bag per day).   My hubby and I stayed at this hotel for a week and we enjoyed it the most. Because of cliffs, Railay beach itself is accessible via boat only which makes the trip challenging but joyful. (I recommend to get to Ao Nam Mao Pier from the airport to be able to get the hotel's free boat to the hotel!   The pool was beautiful! It was worth going just for the pool and the amazing scenary. The room was clean, lovely and big with a comfortable bed. The towels, dressing gown and slippers were all lovely.   Perfect location, good rooms and great value. The staff were great, my friends and I stayed there for a few days then left for somewhere else and hated it. We went but to Viewpoint and the staff couldn't have been my helpful and even remembered us from before.   We stayed in a Junior Villa which was fabulous. Superb bathroom, dressing area and bedroom and nice and private balcony with no other bungalows overlooking. Breakfast wasnt brilliant but did the job - the usual egg station and then extra bits to keep you full until lunch. We were on Railay East, which doesn't have a great beach to tan or swim on, but was still incredibly beautiful with the mangrove trees. Also, taking the boat from Krabi, we docked right in front of our hotel - very convenient! The walk to Railay West beach is very short, only about 5 minutes, so I'd really recommend saving money and staying on the east side. The resort was pretty, and had a nice pool.   The location is close to everything. And the bangelows were very comfortable. Mosquitoe net a great help for sleep. My husband was ill with fever and upset tummy for few days..the staff esp the F&B manager was great, Mr. Kasemphat he had lovely rice porridge made from the kitchen and had it sent over to my husband.   Excellent value for money, especially for Railay, where there are way too many resorts, but not so many nice offers for Backpackers. Really nice staff. Our room was very clean, the showers etc perfect, mosquito nets over bed and windows. We had a nice view over the Railay East. Surprisingly, they had a small free breakfast all morning, Toast and... vad folk säger » Jam, Coffee and Tee. Was really nice and not expected! The Wifi was stable. The location was nice, since the main "going out" strip lays really close - Amazing location on the hill side, secluded from the sounds and excitement of Railay East. Staff was excellent and Breakfast was complete and delicious. The bungalows themselves were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed reading books on the peaceful patio with the glorious views of the Andaman Sea. We viewed and stayed in several other bungalows during our time in Thailand and this was by far the best! Highly recommended!
