Breakfast in the room was nice (fried eggs with sausages, toast and coffee).
The hotel was extremely clean and new. It was very pleasant and the staff was friendly and helpful. Great place. -
It's a 2 star hotel with a 4 stars facilities.

The design of the hotel is full of delicious details for bike lovers but, even if you're not one, this still is a great hotel with a high value for money ratio.
The staff ensures that they help you as much as they can and the owner, Nicky, is more than happy to talk to you and make sure you're enjoying your stay.
The restaurant/bar is a great place to hang out, listening to good music.
The hotel is very well located, a 10 minute walk from the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants.

The service was excellent and the Staff was extremely friendly and second to none. They were extremely kind and very helpful. Their English fluency is enough to hold a conversation with them. We were happy with the location as it was just across from Belle Spa, some restaurants nearby and especially Family Mart just around the corner. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach from the hotel.

It is a very good experience living in this hotel! The stuff there is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and really nice!! It is our honeymoon travel,they decorated our room specially romantic. And for the last day of our travel, they upgraded our room for free! The location of the hotel is very nice as well. 2 min to the Patong Beach by walk. 3min to the biggest shopping mall in Patong. There are a lot of nice restaurants around. It is my favorite hotel!!!

We stayed here for just a night so we can't really comment much on the facilities - we were enroute to Phi Phi Island, but we absolutely loved the stay. Patong Beach is a 5 min walk. Bangla Street is right outside and the nightlife is almost at your doorstep but don't worry, Novotel is very quiet; you'll sleep like a baby.

The hotel was at the perfect location, close to the beach and at the heart of Patong. Loved every moment of our stay. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly and we were very happy with the size of our rooms (both family rooms and larger than superior delux rooms). Last but not the least, the pool was simply amazing. Highly recommended hotel. Will surely visit Novotel Vintage Park in the future.

The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside. The rooms were clean and comfortable - added extra touches such as a free bottle of water every day, free safe box in room, and at around 4.30pm the doorbell went and we got a small box with two complimentary chocolat

This is a new hotel with a great location. You are close to Patong, but the area is quiet, relaxing and beautyful. The resort was very stylish and fresh with lots of artistic and elegant details. The service was impeccable, the staff was attentive and they all spoke english very well. The restaurant served delicious breakfasts and dinner to die for. I would love to go back as soon as possible.

We loved the swimming pools and pool bar. Also there is a lot of palms and other greenery around and it is very tropical looking. Also we had a great welcome and our room was decorated with rose pedals. The resort is very clean. Breakfast was good and there was a good variety of food. Free shuttle bus to Patong was also very convenient. -

... vad folk säger » vely private and high standard of comfort, yet close enough to Patong for shopping, resaurants, etc. Everything is available on-site and wouldn't need to leave the rewsort! We believe it would be an ideal location for young children and families and will hopefully return with ours!
