The Guest House is well managed and the owner is very friendly. The receptionist, Ning, is an all rounder, she can book any tour and arrange transport to where ever. Friendly helpful staff. Always gave a nice smile :-). You can rent a scooter from the reception and eat a nice meal at the restaurant at the bottom floor of the hotel. A Family Mart shop is 10m away where you can buy groceries and in the evenings a food market is 100m away where you can buy an assortment of foods for dinner. Free wifi and 2 bottle

Staff were amazing! Always helpful, ordering best deal taxis... Great place to stay. Huge rooms only 10 mins walk to patong beach. Must try the steak at the restaurant... The Italian chef knows his stuff!! :)

Bra hotell 5 minuter från stranden och 5 minuter från nöjeskvarteren men ändå tyst och lungt både på gatan och inne på hotellet. Stort rent bra rum.

Upon arrival the hotel was almost fully booked, so unfortunately I didn’t get a superior room with pool view (as requested). Instead I was assigned a room in the -
+ breakfast was with lot of varieties
+ provide beach towel
+ provide umbrella during raining day
+ 5min walk to the beach and 10min walk to the mall from the main road (lots of annoying ppl asking you for taxi,food and massage almost every 10steps)
+ my room was so cheap only THB3006 for 3nights (Sep'13)!! I saw their publish rate where NOV is triple of it!!
+ its almost having my own private pool for 3days!! :)
*Room 1107 or 1108 is the best as you can almost directly jump tp the pool from

The fact that u only pay for ur stay during check out and great thing is they didn't even ask for deposit. We stayed for 5 nights at Grand deluxe room and the bed was super comfy. The staffs are friendly and attentive to all our request and needs. A quite and peaceful environment for a night stay. The designs are modern, clean and new facilities. They even provide cool drinking water at the lobby for us to drink each time we came back to the hotel after a day trip. Conveniently located next to a 24hrs convenient store and easy access to restaurant nearby. Had a lovely stay at the guest house, the rooms were huge and amazing value for money, cleaned every single day with fresh towels and water. A big shopping center and the beach and night life are only a walk away but still enough distance so its quite. Very friendly welcome from Andrea the boss. Showed me around and give me some tips for good food and best bars. Rooms are very big for the small money.
The italian restaurant downstairs is a jewel. For 99bht you get best italian pasta and steaks. its full every evening mostly from italian residence. Excellent have not eat that good italian food since i was last time in Italy....
