this apartment was close to the MRT and only walking distance to the Emporium shopping centre. Good upmarket part of Bangkok, and very little if at all of unpleasantry in the adjoining streets at night time. A short stroll to Urban Retreat Massage (authentic/genuine).

Undrade lite om varför vi fick byta från Sawasdee Bangkok Inn till Sawasdee Khaosan Inn. Det var kanske fullbokat.Det visade sig vara lika bra (förutom innegården med cafét)! Personalen följde med oss dit, det var inte så lång väg att gå.De hjälpte till att bära väskorna.Trevligt rum med aircondition och toa med duch. - Fanns i alla fall fungerande

The staff helped us a lot with the booking of our bus to Chiang Mai. Also they organised a taxi driver who took us to the bus station. hence the staff was not just very friendly but also extremely proactive and helpful. -

Stayed with husband and daughter 13 years for 2 nights. The hotel is good for those who want to see the historical sights. Very nice hotel location. The boat, which serves as a public transport for 15 baht per person can gain access to the city center. And these trips are replaced by a tour of the canals. I stayed at Erawan House twice during this trip to Thailand.
The important aspects for me are - location, quietness and security, then staff and cleanliness. Erawan House was excellent in all aspects.
Location: excellent - very quite and within easy walking distance to anywhere around the Khao San Road area.
Security: felt as though my belongings and myself were safe all the times.
Staff: were lovely; very helpful (eg: made phone calls for us), friendly and fun.
I would definitely stay again

7eleven.
2. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning but the staff was so nice and manage to get us a room just to check in.
3. Ordered food from the hotel it was served fast and the food was great.
4. Hotel taxi driver(Mr Thanee) was so friendly and recommend us where to go and what to eat. Please look for him.
For me these few things that I mention is good enough for a good 4D 3N Holiday.

Friendly and efficient reception staff. Good security. Homely feel...wonderfully 1960s ambience and a nice location within easy reach of Silom, the park etc but not too "in the midst of it all" .
