It was a great budget hotel with a nice, friendly officer and great location. They really helped when we need somethings, like finding a taxi to dropped us to Airport. The location also great since it is very close to pratunam market. We can walked by to Platinum mall, and also so many local delicious food near the area. -

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff also very friendly and most of them understand English so communications is not a problem. The only losing factor they have is the distance to the shopping area. Have to walk quite a long way out in order to get there, so more frequent shuttle trips will be great. -

is great as indoors incase of rainbow but with sunbathing area. Gym
adequate. Breakfast is very good choice, if downstairs in lobby cafe

Close to the road markets, the BTS skytrain and Zen and Big C shopping centers.

Located very close to the Ratchaparop airport link station, it is only 15 min walking from the Siam commercial area and about 20-30 min by taxi from the main touristic attractions (Royal Palace and Wat Phra Kaew). The area has plenty of street markets, restaurants and massage shops. Our room was very well equipped and clean. -

Good location near to skytrain, shopping mall, restaurants etc. The hotel room reasonably spacious, clean toilet, locker facilities, free wifi in room, complementary tea-coffee etc. Interestingly, the hotel offers complementary sight visit to the different historical place of Bangkok. -

We recently used the H-Residence as a "home base" during a 5 week trip traveling through Thailand. The hotel was very accommodating and the staff was very polite and helpful. The location is semi-tricky to find but once you understand where you are, it is easy to get to the BTS and around Santhorn. The rooftop pool was the added bonus. -

The hotel is new. Rooms are well furnished, large and very clean. Breakfast is rich, with many coiches, both western and thai, and breakfast room has a nice view from the 12th floor. Wifi is good. Position is perfect, near central station and chinatown, with restaurants and supermarket close to the hotel. English speaking staff is very kind and will help you with anything.

The hotel is nice, rooms are simple but clean and good. Breakfast is
funny, they give you a tray with a few things they serve on the day menu
and that’s it. One day was fish and chips the other was toast, yogurt
and congee. But you can ask for specific things and pay for it if you

We liked the swimming pool. Although it mention that the pool is 1.5 mtr deep it's not correct. At one side it's 1.0 mtr and at the other side 1.4 mtr. If you have little children you will have to be close to them. Next to the hotel contructions are going on (high rise building), but the noise was ok for us. It did not bother us. Besides the breakfast, we also received one snack in the evenings at the swimming pool. When returning to BKK I will stay again at this hotel.
