  Unfortnitly I have lost my IPad at the hotel room and when I reported to the hotel front desk they have said they will conduct an investigation and come back to me . Next day the answer was we cannot help you you can go to the police . The facility is the best I have stay in BKK. Location is always in the center, just fewer steps to center downtown.

  I like that the location is on Sukhumvit 55 (main road). It's safer. There's a plaza right infront with a supermarket, 24 hrs Burger King, Starbucks and few restaurants.   Almost everything, clean and cozy room, comfortable bed, shower with constant hot water, friendly staff, location near Asok, free internet. All my requests have been fulfilled except of broken scales. The hotel is new and is better to stay than in classier Rembrant on the opposite side. All the the main essentials in the kitchen that I use daily like an electric jug to make tea and coffee whenever I want. Massive fridge freezer. Big tv with many channels in thai and english. This is where I will stay everytime I stay in Bangkok, even if it is only overnight.

  The location is unbeatable. You are within walking distance of Silom and the MRT. You don't have to fight rush hour traffic. And the staff are extremely courteous and helpful, particularly with answering questions and arranging transportation from the door. The bathroom is quite large, even by five-star standards, and certainly - The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. The apartments are quiet, very spacious and great value for money. The internet speed was always fast. I actually stayed there for a week then left for Singapore the following week and then came back to this same Marriott for yet another week. The hotel kept my luggage in their store room for the week that I was away. On my return the service from the staff was excellent as always.   My third stay in this hotel, still love it as it is close to the BTS and airport bus station, though you need to take the shuttle to the BTS station. Good that the shuttle is frequent. This hotel is next to the big duty free shopping mall, so easy for shopping lovers. The hotel room is modern, spacious, clean and neat. I wou - The facilities of the hotel are wonderful and well-maintained. Well-appointed, large rooms with comfortable king-size bed. The free wifi is great too. Centrally located and close to BTS, which was one of the reasons why I picked the hotel. And they had tuk-tuk shuttle to drop guests off, and pick up, at BTS station. Pity I did not have the chance to use the fitness room nor the glass pool facilities. Next time.

  Nice hotel with well-sized rooms (both 2BR appartment and 1BR appartment), very comfortable beds and excellent in-room facilities. Location is little bit far from Sukhumvit (for walking), but still OK. There is also a free tuk-tuk service to Emporium, provided by the hotel, but I didn't use it. P.S. excellent water pressure in douche, which is often an issue in Bangkok hotels. - We love the beds, definitely the most comfortable I have slept in. The hotel is a bit out of the way from main shopping and restaurants, however its only a short tuk tuk away. We would recommend that you walk away from town about a 5 minute walk away is Flow house surfing (look for the Maverick Sports Bar) It is great fun and food there is great too. All in all our stay there was great and would definitely go back there on our next visit to Bangkok

  Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic. The room was fantastic, very well looked after and clean, amazing views - we even had fresh fruit served each day of our stay. The spa, pool and gym again all fab!
