  Professional staff, beautiful room. I have stayed at several hotels in Zurich, but would return to this one, I think. - Breakfast was very good, staff was very nice, location was very nice.

  Really god staff at the hotel! - The staff = friendly and helpful.Even though we had a booking for 3rooms, we changed it upon arrival to 2 rooms only due to one person whocouldn't make it.The Hotel understood the situation and didn't charge usfor that room. Where the other Hotel where we stayed after the Swissotelcharged us for one night of the ext... vad folk säger » ra room. And we loved the idea thatthe Hotel is so close to the railway... - The pool/spa has an amazing view of Zurich, although it is slightly outof town, it is only 2 stops (5 mins) on the train and the station isdirectly across the road. The room was comfortable and the staff wereextremely helpful. From my month long trip through Europe, the swissotelin Zurich was by far the best. Will definitely stay again.
