  Personalen i receptionen var väldigt trevliga och fint klädda. En känsla av klass och välfärd. Rummet var rent och fräsht och sängen var riktigt skön. Vi bokade ett rum utan fönster, så de var verkligen mörkt i rummet och sömnen har inte var så bra på väldigt länge som den natten!   I was so impressed by every single services in this hotel. Even though I often stay in five-star hotels in Scandinavia, there are not worth pay for the price compare to this hotel. They upgraded my room without asking, and amazing thing was having very friendly and helpful staff with high professional attitude. The price is rather high - The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!
