This place felt so much like home from the very first moment I arrive with my sister. It was very clean and for the money you spend you do not expect that. Location is great. I did not need to take any means of transport since many attractions(Royal Palace, Diugarden, Fotografiska museum) are in walking distance of maximum 30'. Fantastic location! Next door to Royal Palace, plus Gamla Stan is sightseeing object itself, so you can easily kill a day or half-a-day just wandering there. I loved the ambiance of staying on the boat. the bar on the top gave great views and breakfast was very good. Also the reading room was quite nice .The location was wonderful. Great location: the rooms with the river view (ask for them!) have an amazing and romantic view on the Old City (Gamla Stan). Location is perfect to explore the city. We tried the standard twin-Hostel cabin: small as expected (it's a boat!) but still very comfortable and very clean. The shared bathrooms and showers are in good number, big and super-clean: never needed to wait in 5 days!

The location, only 5-10minutes walk to the royral palace, and to hop on, hop off boat, walking distance to the old town, quiet area, nice staff, room space (double) is quite big, compared with other hotel. if you just want to go to the Skansen park, Vasa, old town, city hall and royral palace, then you don't need to buy the ticket for train, just hop on hop off boat is enough!
