Convenient location (close to city center and train station, but far from tourist routes, so quiet), all the necessary facilities, good value for money, clean

Great apartment. 15 min walk to centre of seville.

Clothes airer only supplied upon request. Unable to get natural light into the room with privacy as window faced street at street level

The apartment was simply perfect, there were all comforts. Beautiful design and very clean.

the address is not easy to find, i could not find it from google map, i strongly suggest change a easy-to-find address.

Excellent apartment! Good facilities, free wi-fi, nice location and friendly staff. The best part: it's cheap!

The apartment was spacious, clean and well-equipped. All the places of interests are not so close but we walked everywhere and it gave us a possibility to enjoy wonderful city of Sevilla even more.

There was neither sponge nor detergent for dishes.

- Nice situation - You can leave your luguage at the office

- At the ground floor you sleep with the street passangers (bad insulation)

Clean, washing machine available, secure. Eventually worked out that going to town via ?Rua? Santiago was straightforward and took us via the Seville Parasol

a little tricky to locate - taxi driver eventually found location. There didn't seem to be any reasonable sized supermarket nearby and, as laundry detergent was not provided, we had to buy a larger container than necessary. Phoning to arrange rendezvous was a problem as I made a mistake with the specified number but the office number should be properly staffed. Navigation to the old town was made tricky by Seville back street complexity, but we eventually sorted this out

This is an apartment, big room, good design, nice decoration and quiet nabourhood. it located in the edge of old town, you can still enjoy the old house in Sevilla but a little bit far from downtown area. no worry, Sevilla downtown is small, you can walk everywhere. the apartment has kitchen, that is good if you want to cook by yourself.

Very very difficult to find, however, stuff helped to call us to show me the way apartment only provides towel change for +3 days stay, so if you stay less than 3 days, no towel change. we use washing machine but the machine do not have dryer function... parking is a little far

i liked the apartment a lot. yet it should include in the info that it is not easy to find parking close by the apartment and maybe give suggestions where can one leave his or her car.

that there was not one extra towel neither a teapot or an electric cattle to make tea or coffee.

the apartment is well-equiped, modern and clean! we loved it and would like to stay here when we come back to Sevilla.

The quiet atmosphere and interesting to see its local around the neighbourhood. It feels good to stay at the apartment in its spacious room or at the balcony. Good value of money.

Very nicely located apartment with proper facilities in a pretty decorated room. Moreover, the apart is closely located to a main station and one of the main bus station, making a day trip to nearby cities very easy. Recommended to those who want to experience Seville and nearby cities.

Stuff was not very friendly at some points. We ordered a toilet paper but it was not delivered at all. The amount of hot water available at one time is limited (still enough for one long shower).

In walking distance of nearly all major attractions of Seville. Nearly every major attraction is up to maximum of 10 - 15 minutes by walk The Apartment itself is in a very quite and peaceful neighbourhood

The bathing cubicle is extremely small for any adult to take bath (approx 2' x 2'). Even our 11 year old child was not able to bathe comfortably. The flower pot in the balcony had nearly 100 cigarette stubs (clearly, it was not cleaned)

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, good choice for families.

As it's a apartment, no 24 reception, they will send you an email ahead of time and you should call them or write to them to tell you exact arrival time... when they sent me the email we were on journey and didn't see it, so when we arrived we had to call them and wait for 20 minutes...

staff were courteous and helpful, including those at the office who allow me to print from my email from the computers

the shower area was extremely small making taking a shower an extremely dreadful chore. The bathroom itself could do with a bit more space

Location is good. Room decoration is nice. With kitchen wares.

Very smelly in bathroom. The fan inside bathroom is not working properly. We called reception to fix it in the morning but they didn't come until we called second time. Staff is not patient and there's no staff inside the building, so it's hard to get information
